Part III: Intuitive Messages in Everyday Life
Signs, Synchronicity, and Divine Timing
By reading or listening to this blog, what’s in it for you? What are you going to get out of it? How will it support you today? Or this upcoming new year?
My wish for you is that this piece provides you with consciousness of opening yourself up to receiving the signs, symbols, aha moments and “Are you freaking kidding me?!” messages your Light Team sends to you every day.
That these fleeting moments stop you in your tracks, slows down your hustle, and brings you back to the beauty of the world surrounding you. That it gifts you with presence, warmth, a smile, a laugh, a deep breath in, a glance upward to the sky, and an acknowledgement stating: “I see you. I know you are here with me.”
Reassurance, support, encouragement, comfort, peace and open heartedness.
A knowing that you are not alone.
That you are being watched over.
And that you are exactly where you are meant to be in this very moment.
Signs: Hellos from Heaven
I stated that I would not bring in external context to intuitively written pieces, however, given I am currently reading and benefitting from the book, Signs, by well-known psychic medium, Laura Lynne Jackson, I had to share it with you.
Within it, she speaks to the signs that loved ones on the other side, and members of your Light Team, bring forth to you every day.
That they are trying to communicate with you through nature, animals, images, light, songs, flickering lightbulbs, etc. and in order to receive them wholeheartedly, all we need to do is to open ourselves up to their love, guidance and encouragement.
What does this mean?
For me, its pennies from heaven.
I started coming across pennies about a year ago. I would shrug them off as loose change that were a nuisance because I don’t use change anymore in transactions, thanks to the digital era. Change that didn’t have a place, until I began understanding that this was a hello from heaven being brought to me with the purpose of telling me to take a deep breath and to slow down. I now notice that I ALWAYS see pennies when I am in the middle of a big project or exuding high energy and my Light Team is telling me to change my breath, stop for a moment and recollect my thoughts.
What does receiving signs look like for you?
This is where the magic comes in. I am grinning from ear-to-ear for you right now, because signs are our Light Team’s tangible way to help us believe that they are there. They are our intuition’s, our sixth sense, visual manifestation. That it isn’t just a coincidence that you happen to have the same bird sit on your windowsill and chirp at you each morning. That you then see images of a similar bird as you venture to work on a bumper sticker on a car in front of you, that when you go to the bookstore there is also a picture of a bird that captures your eye, these are all signs from your incredible team saying “Hello!”
I encourage you to take note of the symbols you receive continuously. For those are usually the ones that will become an inside joke, or acknowledgement, between you and your Light Team. Furthermore, to take these signs a step further and recognize when you receive them.
Are they arriving at a time when you are making a decision and feeling one way over another? Usually then, this could mean, “Thumbs up! We agree!” Or if it is at a time you are feeling discouraged, it could mean “We are with you, ask for our help.”
Signs are your love language with the universe, I find them to be beautifully humorous as well, making skeptics believers, as they become moments that are just too good to be true.
Synchronicity: Detailed Guidance
When faced with a larger life decision or question, I always tell others to be on the lookout for signs or symbols that are brought forth to them three or more times. These are what I consider to be more detailed and tangible, intuitive experiences. And also, concrete intuitive guidance for the skeptics.
For example, maybe you are considering something significant in your life. You are trying to close the gap on what that is, when you hear a song that relates back to your exact circumstance. There are also specific lyrics that captures your attention. Followed by an experience waiting in line at the grocery store. The checkout clerk says a one liner that relates back to the song and once again, back to your thought process. Lastly, you are googling away searching for one thing, when you get an ad that relates back to both the one liner at the grocery store and the song lyric, making you think “What the heck is going on here?!”
It is not a coincidence that you are receiving these messages, it is guidance that is encouraging you to follow your heart and all will be beautifully well.
Synchronicity puts purpose behind mundane experiences and sparks magic in your life.
It stirs childlike wonder and awe within me, and a belief that I am on the right path when I most crave encouragement.
It makes me a believer that everything happens for a reason.
Divine Timing
Oh boy, this is a sticky one. I bet you weren’t expecting that from me. Taking my previous phrase as a bridge to this topic and what I mean, here are some statements we least enjoy receiving from others when things take a turn for the worse:
1.) Everything happens for a reason.
2.) The timing wasn’t right.
3.) It wasn’t meant to be.
4.) Everything will happen when it is meant to.
I mean, really.
These are some of the last things you want to hear when something goes in the complete opposite direction of what you thought it would and you are struggling to pick yourself back up from it.
To me, that just makes the person stating them insensitive and blasé.
But here is where I am going to throw a curveball:
Most circumstances (This does not apply to all circumstances, because there are very difficult tragedies that can occur throughout life, that makes it feel like almost nothing can cut through the grief or that we can make sense of it), but most difficult experiences we underwent, we can look back at now and state “That occurred right when it was supposed to. And it happened for this reason.”
Yes, divine timing can be a real ass kicker, but I begrudgingly find that it is always, right on time.
I am bringing forth divine timing as a conclusion to this piece, because even though we want something so badly: we want the answer, the guidance, the knowing right here, right now, we want the sign, the magical messages that will bring us to inner peace and happiness quickly, sometimes, it is not meant for you to know or to have in that moment.
It is meant for it to be received when it is for your best and highest good.
This may mean you receive guidance on your next chapter one month later than you had anticipated: at a time when you are well rested and in the right headspace to take it on.
Or when you have been praying for a new career opportunity, and just when you began to lose hope, a LinkedIn message appears after you just wrapped up a large-scale project that will help you to land the new gig.
You see, putting trust in the universe, in your Light Team, that they’ve got you, when it is best for you, is just as important as putting trust in the messages they send.
I promise you, once you open up to receiving the signs, honoring them, dedicating time to consider the meanings behind them and respecting the timeline, your life will be forever changed.
For there is magic in the mundane, you just have to allow yourself to witness it.
You have to want the magic.
